Joy Systems Return and Exchange Policies

THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING AK, HI, AND PR) AND CANADA WITH GROUND SHIPPING SERVICE ONLY.

Joy Systems, Inc. will provide 90 days of warranty support to customers, starting on the original date of purchase. The Joy Systems Warranty will cover all costs related to parts, labor, and shipping that are associated with in-house repair of defective hardware. Accidental damage caused by the customer is NOT covered.

PRODUCTS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR AN EXCHANGE. JOY SYSTEMS HAS A STRICT NO-REFUNDS POLICY, UNLESS THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED FROM RAKUTEN.COM. PLEASE CONTACT THE VENDOR THROUGH WHOM THE PRODUCT WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED FOR A REFUND.

Any defective product needs to be returned to Joy Systems first before a replacement can be sent out. Products may not be returned for credit or refund, unless purchased through Rakuten.com. All damages caused by the end-user will void the warranty. Computers shipped to Joy Systems by the end user with inadequate packaging can be deemed potentially damaged and may restrict any and all future warranty support for that computer. Empty shipping boxes with packing foam are available upon request and can be shipped to customers within the continental United States only.
